General integrated management & control system platform consists of basic system and functional components. According to the equipment platform application, with the basic system as the core, it can flexibly reduce or expand functional components to meet the application demands of different system.
Basic system hardware platform consists of comprehensive core processor, human machine interface terminal, high-speed task network and field control bus, which forms general module components. Software platform consists of intermediate platform, general service and application components for special types, which forms the structure of longitudinal separation of hardware and software and transverse application partition. Therefore, the cross-platform system can share jointly the max union of module, equipment and software components.
Backboard high-speed Ethernet main task network facilitates transmission and processing of large-capacity distribution information;
Backboard high-speed CAN branch field bus can meet the demands of real-time data collecting and controlling of data transforming and processing;
Backboard health management bus meets the requirements of fault alarm, service life forecasting, precise fault positioning and other health management functions of system platform components;
Line replaceable module (LRM) can realize longitudinal and transverse flexible expansion of the architecture, which makes it possible to quickly transfer and process large-capacity data and large data, and it’s also possible to get connected flexibly to all kinds of functional components;
With the intermediate part as the core, flexible functional expansion components can be achieved via general service level and application level, which can be connected to the comprehensive processor through main network, field bus or signal to process and control including sensor unit, executor unit and communication unit, specially designed functional module, etc.
